I hear you! Being a mom can pull you in a million directions and when you have time for yourself, you usually want a nap. Know that all the lessons are bite-sized so they give you the information you need without the fluff! We’ll get right to the point. The workouts can also be broken up into smaller chunks… remember, no all or nothing here! We can work together to ensure we are going at the right pace for YOU.

However, perhaps you need something more custom and this isn’t a reason to penalize yourself!!! We can work together to create a more customized plan! I’m always happy to collaborate with your physical therapist or doctor to help ensure your safety. This program was designed with my experience as a strength and conditioning specialist with additional training with pregnant and postpartum women and with Dr. Kim Bryant, a pelvic floor physical therapist to help progress you safely as you return to exercise.
Know that seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist after giving birth can be a HIGHLY beneficial! This can give us a lot more insight as we work together, whether you’re experiencing symptoms or not.

The first one is a 60 minutes video call to jump-start your goals, habits you’d like to work on, and action plan to get you there. The remaining calls are 30 mins check-ins that can be scheduled as either video or phone calls.

ABSOLUTELY. I completely understand it’s not always easy to have uninterrupted time and nap times are valuable. Your kids are always welcome!
